Now in its second year, Gillian Beaumont Legal produces a research report about remuneration trends of the ACT Legal profession. This includes data on professional, secretarial and administrative staff in private sector firms.

Participants in the survey receive a detailed report which benchmarks their performance against the averages for the profession on the following key metrics:

• Remuneration by level of practice and experience
• Turnover rates and destinations
• Charge out rates and financial performance

Additionally, the research tracks staff who move between firms and reports on the salary changes as a result of the move.

The report also provides a comprehensive analysis of comparisons between private and public sector remuneration and benefits.

This research is only made available to participants in the survey. It cannot be purchased by non-participants and it is not made available to employees. Data is provided by participating firms. It is not sampled or self-reported.
